All of our team members are either active or former first responders, they have a background in the fire department, law enforcement or military. We do not hire day laborers or contractors we don't know just to get the job done. Our initial business purpose is to put money back in the pockets of our firefighters, police officers, ems, military and veterans.

We want to help our military transitioning out needing a means to provide for their families along with our first responders who seek ways to bring additional income into their households. Our movers have served our country, our communities, so who else would you feel safe with entering your home and moving your prized possessions? Moving is stressful as it is but with these type of men and women coming to your home, who are extensively trained, your mind can be put at ease.

Each customer will have their own account page where they can update their moving date & addresses, submit the inventory list, add move details and receive a quote online - it's fast and easy - all in one place.
Services
It all started in 2011 when a young couple trying to find their purpose in this world set out to make a difference in the moving industry and in the lives of our First Responders: Fireman, Police Officers, EMS, and Military/Veterans.
As a local fireman himself, John, along with his wife, Amy, quickly learned that men and women in these fields sought additional income opportunities on their days off.
To give them another way to provide for their families without experiencing the same risks and trauma on their days off, the idea of First Responders Moving was born.
What you do now before the truck arrives is just as important.
That's why we've provided you with moving tips and some of our favorite moving and packing resources to help make your experience as painless as possible.
Wait to pack your cleaning supplies (broom, dust cloth, mop, etc.) until you've done your last cleanup-especially if you have a security deposit.
Dispose of any items that moving companies are not allowed to transport by law.
These items include gasoline, bottled gases and other flammables, ammunition, and explosives.
I can't say enough good things about First Responders.
We had a big move: 3 days of packing and 2 days of moving.
They were so professional and went above and beyond to make sure our things were protected.
We are staying in a temporary location for a few months and then will move to our permanent home.
I will absolutely use them to move me again as soon as we are ready.
We recently had new flooring installed in several rooms in our home.
The flooring company gave us information on First Responders Moving to move the furniture in those rooms to other rooms in the house, and then to put everything back.
When you're relocating your home or office, it is important to select a mover you can trust.
We believe our customers deserve service that's both reliable and affordable, and we have made that commitment a reality for many satisfied customers.
Attempting to move furniture on your own can be stressful and even dangerous.
That's why one of our many services we provide is free dismantling and reassembly for your tables, chairs, beds etc.
Since we're fully licensed and insured, you'll know that you're entrusting your property to a reputable company with years of experience.
We specialize in business moves of all sizes, and are ready to help you take your business to the next level with our expert moving services.
Best of all?
We will work around your schedule to avoid interrupting your normal business hours, allowing you to continue doing what you're doing without falling behind.
We follow HIPAA guidelines on handling patient files with no additional cost to our customers.
We offer special discounts for all police, fire, ems, and most importantly active duty military!
