I'm conflicted here about 4 or 5 stars because honestly I want to go with 4.5 stars because I had a pretty good (but not perfect) experience with Pearson.
That said, I will definitely use them again.
The good is that they showed up and absolutely worked for the 5 hours they were on the clock, no slacking, everyone on the crew got after it (and they even had a guy on his first day!).
It's time to choose Pearson Moving.

When first booking with this company it was great! They accommodated us within our time frame, had reasonable pricing, and the man helping us make our reservation was very kind and knowledgeable. Then comes moving day.. our movers arrived on time but displayed very blatantly they did not want to be there. They kept quiet and to themselves but several time we would hear the movers make remarks such as "well who cares if we damage the walls/interior of the house.. the are moving". As renters that was very alarming to hear since we would be responsible for the damage made within the unit. I personally did not find any damage to the walls/property but it was still alarming to hear their lack of care for our items or property.
We then paid the $40 to have them package and move our 65 inch TV... INSTANT REGRET. They had the great idea to not only put our TV in the moving box, but they also added the legs of the TV and our sound bar to the box... I am sure you can see where this is going.
When they arrived to the new property they refused to put our boxes in each room we had requested them to. They instead decided to pile them all into the middle of our living.. not a big deal but for what we paid it would have been nice for them to put our boxes where we asked for them to go and were clearly labeled to go.
We then opened the TV box the next day and of course the front of the TV was broken/shattered and could not be replaced. We then reached out to customer service hoping they could reimburse us or help us.. WRONG. They offered us $28 dollars on a $600 TV or $150 to stay silent and sign a NDA. RIDICULOUS. They couldn't even pay us the $40 we paid for the box for them to package the TV. So this review is for the people who would have to stay silent and take the $150. This company knows what they are doing and I will not let them take advantage of people who are simply trying to get reimbursed for the items their movers so carelessly break/damage/toss around. I would highly suggest looking for a different moving company or at least a moving company that is insured and can help you in this situation instead of offering dirt and saying you have to sign an NDA. Very disappointing.

Pearson was awesome to deal with from the initial contact for getting quotations to setting up the move to actually going through with the move. The movers showed up 10 minutes early and were awesome; they took great care in protecting the furniture and our belongings, packed the truck efficiently and unloaded everything individually. This is the second time I have used Pearson and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All correspondence is documented via the internet and all payment and final confirmations are done electronically.

I think if we had read these previous reviews beforehand we wouldnt have hired them but our neighbors actually recommended them and they crushed it. Super fast, professional, friendly and pricing was fair. I'd definitely recommend! I will say we only had large items to move but they wrapped everything properly and everything arrived safely.

We had a planned move and reached out to Pearson base on two separate referrals. Glowing reviews from both. Scheduled well in advance and received a transparent estimate for my move. They were here on time and expertly conducted the move and we're busy and engaged the whole time. The invoice was as planned and no surprises. I will use them again.
