Residential Moving
EverSafe Moving specializes in residential relocations, handling everything from studio apartments to multi-story homes. Our crews range from two to six professionals equipped with moving pads and specialized tools. We protect floors with runners and use shrink-wrap for furniture security. Most jobs receive our standard three-person crew, but team size adjusts to client needs. Our Price Lock Guarantee ensures cost predictability while maintaining Philadelphia-specific expertise for navigating narrow streets and parking challenges.
Office Relocation
We provide efficient office relocations with minimal business disruption. Our crews handle equipment, furniture, and electronics while maintaining operational timelines. Services include packing, transportation, and final placement with protective measures for sensitive items. We coordinate logistics and paperwork for cross-state moves, ensuring timely delivery. Our business-focused approach prioritizes time-sensitive relocations for law offices, corporate entities, and home businesses while maintaining equipment safety during transit.
Climate-Controlled Storage
Our climate-controlled storage units maintain optimal temperature and humidity for item preservation. Facilities feature 24/7 surveillance, pest control, and flood protection built above floodplains. Storage vaults (5'x7'x7') organize belongings with inventory systems for easy access. We offer short-term and long-term solutions with monthly billing and no maximum storage duration. The integrated service allows seamless transitions between moving and storage without coordinating multiple companies.
Packing Services
Our packing services use quality boxes, bubble wrap, and moving blankets to protect belongings during transit. Trained staff differentiate packing requirements for fragile items like glassware versus bulky objects like lamps. We offer full-service packing or selective assistance for challenging items. All packed items receive protective wrapping before truck loading to prevent wall damage. Customers may choose partial or complete packing solutions based on their comfort level and relocation complexity.
Specialty Item Handling
EverSafe specializes in transporting high-value and delicate items requiring specialized techniques. Our crew handles pianos, artwork, antiques, and safes using proper equipment and extra care. We employ specific methods for disassembling/reassembling furniture and securing fragile items during transit. The team has experience with oversized possessions through designated storage areas and specialized handling protocols to ensure safe transportation of irreplaceable belongings.

Questions

How does EverSafe protect belongings during moves?
We use shrink-wrap at original locations, doorjamb protectors, and floor runners. All items receive protective covering before truck loading. Specialty items like pianos and antiques get specialized equipment and extra care during transportation.
What storage security measures are available?
Our climate-controlled storage units feature 24/7 surveillance, pest control, and flood protection. Only vetted employees access facilities, which include alarmed security systems and video monitoring for complete protection of stored items.

What Philadelphia-specific moving challenges do you handle?
Our crews navigate narrow streets, parking restrictions, and historic architecture common in Philadelphia. We handle row homes, high-rises, and buildings with limited access while maintaining item protection and minimizing wall damage during transportation.

Great company that I highly recommend. They arrived on time and went right to work loading my items with no slacking. Same applied when unloading at destination. They were very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. No disappointment whatsoever on my part. Pricing was reasonable and very fair. They kept me informed, as well as easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to recommend Eversafe Moving to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the work they did for me today on February 7, 2024. They did an awesome job. They were very friendly, helpful and did everything professionally. My love seat and couch couldn't fit in my new house front door and the couldn't get into my yard to use my back door because of mud and water, they didn't give up, they went on they side of my house and put those heavy loveseat and couch over a six foot gate and got them both in.
They got all three TVs, Computer, mirror Tv stand, and an antique wall mirror all safely into my new home and lots of other things. They work fast but they get things done the right way. That's not it y'all, when they got done my payment was $300.00 less than my estimate. Love these guys and will be telling everyone about them. THANKS SO VERY MUCH EVERSAFE MOVERS. P.S. I also called them a few times adding stuff and asking questions and they didn't mind. You won't go wrong using this company!

My husband and I recently hired EverSafe for a challenging in-state move after reading glowing reviews for the company in a local community Facebook group, and I am happy to say that those reviews aligned with the experience I had. Joe and his crew, a team of 6 professionals, handled our extensive belongings with utmost care. Not a single item was damaged, and they left our new house in flawless condition with no dents or marks on the walls.
Their meticulous wrapping of furniture and large framed items ensured that everything arrived securely. They also took apart and perfectly reassembled our bed. Efficient, capable, and reliable, EverSafe made our move smooth and stress-free. I couldn't be more impressed. Highly recommend!

Jay was great in setting up the move (2 stops plus the final destination). Tracy and Drew were punctual, efficient, and professional; they were able to get the couch through a tight doorway I was almost certain wouldn't fit. The move came in under estimate. I would certainly use EverSafe again.

The EverSafe team led by Fred for us was incredible! We had them pack our things and move us across town. The packing team was lovely - they were on time, super careful with all of our items, and they were done fairly quickly (6 hours for a 1600 sq ft apartment). We had water, gatorade, and bagels on hand for them and they were very grateful. Moving day was wonderful. Despite challenging access to our building, the team was calm, chipper, and got to work quickly.
They brought 5 people and two trucks so were able to move a lot in a short amount of time. The team reassembled all furniture and hand-carried boxes (which ensured that NOTHING was broken!). We have a lot of large, difficult to move furniture and the team made it look easy. Hands down the best move we've had (7 moves in 17 years). Highly recommend this company for your next move!

I live in Florida and was helping my son arrange a move in Philadelphia. His last move was terrible and the movers were slow and there were lots of added surprise fees at the end of the move. EverSafe Moving is very thorough with their quotes, we felt very comfortable booking them because they are so thorough. We went over every piece of furniture, the number of boxes with Rob, the owner, and then he confirmed everything and sent a detailed quote.
They even got us information on getting a permit with the city so no tickets were given for blocking the street. All went very smoothly, the two movers loaded quickly and efficiently, and the quoted price ended up being less than expected. My son was very happy with their service.

Words cannot express how thankful we are to the group from EverSafe that moved us into our new home. They were friendly, professional, efficient and worked seamlessly as a team. They did a full walk through before the move to go over everything and a full walk through afterwards to ensure that we were satisfied with the service and that all furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. They also wrapped all of our furniture so it was not damaged during the move. We felt very comfortable trusting them to move all of our things. Without hesitation, I would recommend EverSafe to anyone.

The response was great. I had a last minute booking with just a few days notice and they were able to fit me in. Quoted a very reasonable price which was much lower than 2 other moving companies that I called and in the end the drivers billed me even less than the quoted price. The drivers were very professional and really worked hard to move my riding mower which was a must for me and they did it without complaint. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs moving services.

We recently had to make a move to a new location and discovered EverSafe through a Google search. I had called numerous companies, but felt the most secure with EverSafe. All of the details were handled professionally over the phone and I received an estimate of the proposed costs. The day before the move I was called to verify the time and the details of the move. On our moving day, we had two gentlemen arrive who proceeded to diligently wrap and load our furniture - both with phenomenal attitudes and a "can do" perspective.
They could not have been more accommodating! The load into the new home went smoothly, despite some very steep and tight spaced stairs. Again, the two gentleman worked tirelessly, with no grumbling or complaining (in fact, they were more positive than I was!). My family has moved more than I care to recall, and utilized many moving companies. I can honestly say that EverSafe was the best I have ever used! The two men, Fred and Edwin, were customer service icons and deserved to be highlighted for their expert work and customer relations! I wouldn't hesitate using EverSafe for all of my future moves!
