If you guys need a good moving company, you should hire Global trans van lines! They are the best in town! I have used them recently and they are just too good! At first, I saw them work when they were helping out my neighbor. I liked the way they moved her so I kept their card. I gave them a call for my move and they were very nice to me. Super experienced! I am saying this because the way they took out the furniture was amazing! They carried it so well that it did not bump on to anything! I relocated my office for some business reasons. After the conversation with their sales rep, a gentleman was sent to make an assessment. He came and made a list of all items needed to be moved. Besides official furniture, I had valuable artworks, portraits, and many other things to move. So, I told them to take the highest care. The agent convinced me to keep faith in them. These guys are so skilled and experienced! I had so many problems but actually those problems werent a big deal for them. They nicely took all the furniture out and made sure not to bump anything. These guys know how to take care of you! I hired them last month for my cross country move and the way they took care of me was unbelievable! At first, they packed everything very nicely and with care. Later on, they carried everything on to their truck and they did not just dump everything. They very nicely placed everything in such a way that there was room for more. The delivery was on time and the guys smoothly unloaded everything. I am going to hire these guys again! They did a fabulous job for me recently! My wife and I did a long distance move and Global trans van lines was the one who helped us. This has been the worst experience of my life - they're truly giving me and my family PTSD.
They have had my goods for officially one whole month today and refuse to give us an update on the location of them, an estimated delivery date, or even an apology. They promised 10-14 days originally, the contract states 21 business days, and at 30 days the contract is VOID. When I asked what will happen then, their response was "I don't know". You don't know?! We paid them $6500 so far and they are charging WAY More than quoted for. They haven't even offered to give us any credits or anything for the delay. I have called 30+ times and get the same run a round every single time. I do not recommend using this company, ever.
