Questions
Can I leave items in dresser drawers during the move?
We recommend emptying all drawers to prevent damage during transit. Loose items should be packed in boxes for safety.
Will movers load boxes I packed myself?
Yes, our drivers will load properly packed boxes as long as they meet transport safety requirements.
How should I prepare a waterbed for moving?
Waterbeds require complete draining. Fiber-filled models need professional vacuum-draining before moving day.
Can I transport plants in the moving truck?
We advise against transporting plants in moving trailers due to heat exposure risks and potential state restrictions.
What should I do with valuable items like jewelry?
Notify our team about valuable items before moving day. We recommend carrying irreplaceable items separately.
How do I prepare appliances for moving?
Ensure appliances are empty and disconnected. We'll secure them for transport, including installing washing machine stabilizers.
