A Colgate University graduate, he expanded the company to three Vermont locations and one in New Hampshire. He focuses on hiring veterans and maintaining community partnerships while overseeing daily operations in Stowe, Vermont.

Eric Desautels brings 15+ years of moving industry experience to his role as New Hampshire Operations Manager. Starting in the field at age 14, he joined Grunts in 2020 after managing logistics operations. He oversees service quality and team training across New Hampshire locations from his Concord base.
Kari Lavee
Office Manager
Kari Lavee manages Vermont operations with 15+ years of HR and office management experience. A Vermont native, she handles client communications and team coordination from her Swanton office. Her background includes sales and wholesale operations in California before returning to Vermont to join Grunts in 2018.
