3 Retrieve your medical records and ask your provider to recommend a new colleague in your area.
4 Set aside items for donation or to be sold at garage sale or donated.
5 Arrange time off work for your move.
6 Buy moving supplies such as moving boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.
7 Do an inventory of all of your items and assign them a value.
